yehey! at last, we've finally met! (oh, except for mai, whom i've met before already!)
it was an impromptu thing, i guess. we didn't plan this weeks nor days ago. we've always said that we should meet, and by chance, it finally pushed through. all it took was a few tagboard messages and several more text messages, and voila! it was an instant
anyhoo, we decided to meet in uva in greenbelt. i haven't been in makati for the longest time. traffic was terrible and i got there late. mike and pebbles were already there, with mike eating a HUGE salad that was in a ceramic bowl that looked like a porcelain sink. bwarharhar! while waiting for the others, we were exchanging stories and jokes as though we've been friends all along and that we haven't just met for the first time that night. so coooool!!!
mai arrived soon after, with her friend berty. then soon after that, abie arrived as well. it was so fun as we exchanged stories about w@w, weddings, suppliers, spiderman (with great power comes...great responsibility!), bridal mafia, and of course, blogging.
it's quite difficult to describe what my relationship is to these people. prior to this dinner, we've never met. and yet, we feel like we know each other. i mean, personally, how can i not feel that way when i've been religiously reading their blogs like an addictive telenovela? we're not strangers, though we're friends on a different level. thus, i would say that we are virtual friends.
i so wish i could post the pics here. pebbles and mike promised to send us copies though as soon they can. sayang that clarice and anne and laine couldn't make it. that would've made it even more fun!
